Michael
was born in Iowa in 1952, raised in Colorado, and moved to Texas to
attend Baylor University in 1972. After receiving a Bachelor
of Arts degree in 1975, and a Juris Doctorate degree from The Baylor
Law School in 1976, he moved to Beaumont Texas to begin practicing
law.
He
began his own practice
in Beaumont in 1978, and has
proudly continued practicing law in Southeast Texas for 33 years during
which he has become very knowledgeable in many matters of
law. His extensive experience in general civil practice is a
great benefit to clients in serving all areas of their needs.
Michael has served as a U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee and is currently
serving as City Prosecutor of Sour Lake, Texas. The
firm represents over 200 local businesses. Their
representation extends to several legal fields including:

A
native Texan, April
graduated with highest honors from the
University of Texas at Austin in 2003 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Government and a minor in Business. She then attended Baylor Law
School on a full tuition scholarship where she received her Juris
Doctorate in 2006. Throughout her educational career, April was awarded
with many scholastic honors and achievements including becoming a
member of Phi Beta Kappa. Active in community and legal organizations,
she is a member of the Junior League of Beaumont, the Texas Bar
Association, the Bankruptcy Section of the Texas Bar Association, and
the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
Licensed
both in Texas State Courts and in the Eastern District of
Texas, April is experienced in several legal fields of practice
including; Bankruptcy, Probate, Trusts & Estates,
Guardianships,
Foreclosures, and Contract Disputes.

Barrett Lindsay

Born
and raised in
Beaumont Texas, Barrett attended Baylor University where he received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and a minor in History.
Choosing to remain within the “Baylor Family,” he
then graduated from Baylor Law School with a Juris Doctorate
degree. While attending Baylor, he was an active member of
the Noble Noze Brotherhood. Hometown ties and a fondness for
the community in which he grew up led Barrett to Beaumont after
graduation to practice law. His primary fields of legal
practice consist of Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Law,
Insurance Disputes, and Consumer Protection.

John Pat Parsons

John
Pat was born in
London, England and shortly thereafter moved to Beaumont, Texas where
he was raised. He graduated from Texas
A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Accounting.
While attending Texas A&M, he was awarded membership in the
national accounting fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi, for excellent
scholastic
achievement. He then received his Juris Doctorate degree from the
University of Houston Law School where he was a member of the Student
Bar Association. After law school, John Pat clerked for the Honorable
Hollis Horton, presiding on the Ninth Court of Appeals in Beaumont.
John Pat is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association. His
primary fields of legal practice are Personal Injury, Debt Collection,
Debt avoidance, Breach of contract, Property Law, Litigation, and Wills
& Estates. |
